We are happy to refund or exchange your goods as long as you can answer yes to ALL of the following:
The Refund/Exchange request takes place within 28 days from when the item was received.
The goods remain complete and undamaged preferably with the original packaging.
The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us.
If your item is faulty and under warranty.

Saturday Deliveries - Royal Mail Special Delivery
We have the option for you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery. It’s a next day delivery service and guaranteed by 1pm. There is a delivery charge of £12.95. All Royal Mail services will deliver to residential addresses on a Saturday but this is not a guaranteed service. If you would like to use a different option please contact our customer services team and they will help you get your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. ART iD XYZ reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. ART iD XYZ does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless ART iD XYZ is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
